It is an apartment hotel, developed with high standards of service in front of Las Flores beach, La Libertad. Designed with passion by the couple of architects Rocio Pleitez and Rodrigo Barraza, where they deliver their legacy of trajectory in Hospitality, Architectural Design and sustainability in a unique project that wishes to convey the comfortable satisfaction of a beautiful apartment facing the sea, just 20 minutes from the capital, in a healthy, safe, quiet and familiar environment.
Cost for day pass: $ 35 for adults and $ 28 for children between 2 and 10 years old, includes the use of the facilities in the common areas, a menu option prepared for the day with its accessories, a snack option and a drink.

The facilities have
- The apartments are fully furnished and electronic sheet metal, with high bandwidth internet, Smart TV with cable, air conditioning, interiors by local designers, with full kitchen and terrace.
- The common areas include swimming pool, lobby / reception, barbecue area, hammock area, direct access to the beach, parking, daily cleaning service and concierge for tours, spa, yoga, personal chef and other services. The construction has been done under the Edge sustainable construction certification and there are many plans on the sustainable development of the project, according to ISO 26,000.
